The structure is as follows:
7.30 – 8.00: Get your breakfast and mingle
8.00 – 8.20: Johan Lange introduces himself and the LUCK Concept
8.20 – 8.50: Attendees presentation: who are you, what do you do – and do you have any challenges at work? (It will be noted for the final workshop)
8.50 – 9.00: Break for coffee, restrooms and mingle
9.00 – 9.20: Deeper presentation of the LUCK Concept and cases from reality.
9.30 – 10.00: Workshop – your challenges seen through LUCKc glasses and other guests perspectives
What's "The LUCK Concept"?
It's an integrated model to meet current and future challenges in leadership, sales and most organizational operations. It consists of:
Lean Production - in its purest form a very forgiving culture aiming for our natural drive towards improvements, proudness and belonging to a team that provides great customer experiences.
Unifying Communications – Numerous internet services providing opportunities to collaborate; share, co-create, pictures, video, streaming video, infographics – a variety of tools and services previously unseen by humanity.
Coaching leadership - co-creating within the frames given - an essential style to prove our brains are invited at work and acknowledging current brain research findings.
Kognition - how our brain encounters and engage with information in our internetified time. We may indeed speak of our internetified brain, hence the K.
Who's Johan Lange?
Ex-manager at international huge corporations like Siemens, Ericsson and Microsoft as well as startups like SendIt (acq by MSFT ’99) and Mecore. I started my own operations in 2001.
Over time indications of a disruption in needs and execution in leadership grew stronger and stronger - managers stating "our employees are not up for changes" whil staff on their side complained over bossing, manager changing course too often and with a pretty swift base of management.
Lots of training, consulting and coaching later I decided to make a radical move: To find and pave the way to a long term, sustainable, yet flexible leadership system. Over the next 5-6 years I experimented in real life, totally transparent and ended up in 2007 with the rudimentary LUCK Concept.
