There’s never been a better time to get started
Do you have a great business idea but don’t know how to take it to the next level?
Come and talk with experienced entrepreneurs at Startup Dojo! Test your ideas, get advice, enhance your pitch, find co-founders and investors, or just be inspired by your fellow-entrepreneurs.
To help more people become [successful] startup entrepreneurs.
By entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs
A Startup Dojo is where entrepreneurs meet to help each other become more successful in their startup ventures. If you are not an entrepreneur, nor wanting to become one, you have no business in the dojo.
Iteration through Build-Measure-Learn
“Step one is to have a strong vision. You must then test that vision against reality, and then decide whether to pivot or persevere.” - Eric Ries, author of The Lean Startup
Start with a Minimum Viable Product
A Minimum Viable Product has just those features that allow the product to be deployed, and no more.
Ideas are nothing without execution
And the only way to achieve great execution is to talk about your ideas and get feedback along the way.
Just do it!
There is always a way. The only thing stopping you is your own mind.
Guest speaker Robert Schäfer
Don’t Fake it. Make it.
Robert’s inspiring seminar will take you through the essential process of rediscovering your values and aspirations to define your vision.
You will get key advice to create a clear picture of your ideal lifestyle, and to find ways to make it a reality. Robert will notably give an introduction to the “Rainbow Map”, a tool to put your personal and professional priorities at the centre of your action plan for positive change.
He will then discuss the importance of self branding. To effectively promote yourself and your activity, your brand should accurately communicate who you are, what you do, and how you do it. Be true to yourself and your clients will trust you. Standing for what you believe in will be your best competitive advantage over those who think they have to pretend.
So… Don’t fake it. Make it.
more about Robert Schäfer
International and successful are the first words that come to mind when considering Robert’s career. Born in Sydney, raised in Vienna, he took up managerial and leadership roles within multinationals, from Europe to Australia, creating several companies along the way. A qualified technical analyst, he was all set up for early retirement, but keener to mentor a new generation of enthusiast lifestyle entrepreneurs.
He founded mnm institute, his own registered training organisation. 300 international students, mainly from Europe and South America, are currently involved in his development programs, building their dream. 60% of these participants are degree qualified, all here to take things off the whiteboard and into reality.
