The objectives of this workshop are:

SOLID Soft Skills

Why?

High performance and results are only achieved with the combination of hard and soft skills. No serious organizations can afford to ignore the human complexity and aspirations in achieving their purpose

We love to explore the invisible and abstract concepts such as culture, trust, power & motivations dynamics, etc. involved in developing compassionate human interactions and truthful social connections. We believe that, by being a catalyst of ideas and practices, we can promote more enriching personal and professional experiences.

What?

SOLID Soft Skills group aims to collect and share knowledge and experience about human/organizational development with specific focus on human dynamics and softs skills which have an impact on individual and team performance
